OC Beachfront Rentals is a family-owned business. Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City for over 50 years and we recognize the importance of a great rental experience.
We built the company because of our desire to provide guests the same amazing experiences we have enjoyed with our families. We work hard to procure the best selection of properties in Ocean City and manage them with unmatched standards. We are dedicated to the Guest experience from the cleanliness of our units to the seamlessness of check-in. His dedication to the Guest and years of hospitality experience helped his property management venture grow rapidly. He has always believed in providing value through incredible communication and customer service. When he started his first business, he believed in never letting a call go to voicemail. A philosophy he still happily carries with him today.

Steven Lasik
In his first year he was recognized as a “Top Producer” by The Washingtonian Magazine for sales across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. As an agent, he became familiar with the real estate market in Ocean City; one he and his family have been vacationing in for generations. His focus gradually transitioned to operations in the hospitality industry as he began to serve investor interests in management of their properties in Ocean City. He brings a unique skill set and experience unmatched by others in the hospitality and property management space.

Joseph Lasik expertly leads the company’s operations with a refined approach to both luxury service and operational excellence. A graduate of the University of Miami, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Creative Writing (2012) and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting (2020).

Sam Lober-Cooper
As the Director of Operations and Scheduling, Samantha is responsible for overseeing the smooth coordination of operations and the efficient management of schedules within the company.

As the Director of Maintenance, Tim plays a key role in overseeing the efficient operation of all maintenance activities within the company. A true jack-of-all-trades, Tim ensures that all maintenance operations run smoothly, contributing to the company’s commitment to operational excellence.
