What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful, direct ocean views, spotlessly clean interior, thoughtful touches throughout, a roomy private balcony, undercover parking, just perfect for a Family vacation. Bob and Samantha made us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. They are amazing, friendly and genuine Hosts who really cared that we were happy and comfortable at their place. With the Ocean literally on your doorstep your Family can watch the sunrise over the water, swim and surf all day, fly kites on the beach in the afternoons, home cook all your meals in the well appointed kitchen and then after dinner; take your flashlight and chase the crabs coming out of the surf along the shoreline. Forget the TV and the WiFi (but it’s available if you must). We had a ball and will be returning very soon!

Best location ever! Incredible ocean/ sunrise views! We saw dolphins from the living room every day! Walk right out the door and on the beach. The condo was really clean and spacious. My kids loved the new bunk beds. Parking under the building and plenty of free parking on the sides of the building. The condo was a quiet part of Ocean City and the beaches were not crowded at all. This is our new favorite condo and we will be back. Thanks for the tips about BJ’s restaurant on the water, amazing atmosphere and great food! Thank you Samantha for being so helpful and see you all soon again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Very clean and nicely updated. On beach was great convenience and close to many restaurants. Had thoughtful collection of towels, amenities, and kitchen supplies.

Bob’s place was truly perfect! We had a family of six and had lots of room. The condo was sparkling clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the condo itself was cozy and welcoming. The view is beyond amazing and we loved being right on the beach! We were close to everything we needed without being in a super crowded area which was exactly what we wanted. Bob and Samantha were lovely to work with and communicated everything that we needed prior to arrival. Their responses were immediate and always friendly. We will most certainly be back! This place is a gem!

Very clean

Rented this home for some friends and I and it was just absolutely perfect. Perfect location directly on the boardwalk, lovely balcony views, super spacious. Not to mention that our hosts supplied us with everything we could need and more (including games, beach stuff, full kitchen supplies) and was extremely prompt and detailed in her responses to any questions we had. We'll most definitely be returning!! 10/10 Annette
