Incredible ocean sunrise views from large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. This direct ocean-front condo has incredible views! Hear the waves crashing just steps away. Incredible views right on top of the beach from the spacious balcony, master bedroom, living room and kitchen. 1 covered parking spot included. There is brand new carpet, new tables, bar stools and flat screen TVs. The bedroom has a brand-new king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 brand new bunk beds and a pull-out couch. Full-size washer/dryer.
The space
We have just put in brand new carpet, new furniture and flat screen TVs. There is a brand new king size bed in the direct ocean-front master bedroom and 4 single beds in the 2nd bedroom (2 bunk beds). Also in the 2nd bedroom is a pull-out sofa – sleeping 5 in the second bedroom! There is also is a pull-out sofa in the living room.There is a full size washer/dryer in condo. There is one covered, reserved parking space included. There is also free parking on either side of the building. There are 2 outside showers on either side of the building for your convenience.
Guest access
The whole condo is for your use. There are also 2 showers located on either end of the building for washing off feet or taking a shower before entering direct ocean-front condo.
Other things to note
We include free linens and towels for you. No need to bring them, unless you prefer to use your own. There are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in the condo.
There is a first aid kit in the unit.
There is an iron.
There is a hair dryer.
There are books and board games in the unit.

What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful, direct ocean views, spotlessly clean interior, thoughtful touches throughout, a roomy private balcony, undercover parking, just perfect for a Family vacation. Bob and Samantha made us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. They are amazing, friendly and genuine Hosts who really cared that we were happy and comfortable at their place. With the Ocean literally on your doorstep your Family can watch the sunrise over the water, swim and surf all day, fly kites on the beach in the afternoons, home cook all your meals in the well appointed kitchen and then after dinner; take your flashlight and chase the crabs coming out of the surf along the shoreline. Forget the TV and the WiFi (but it’s available if you must). We had a ball and will be returning very soon!

Best location ever! Incredible ocean/ sunrise views! We saw dolphins from the living room every day! Walk right out the door and on the beach. The condo was really clean and spacious. My kids loved the new bunk beds. Parking under the building and plenty of free parking on the sides of the building. The condo was a quiet part of Ocean City and the beaches were not crowded at all. This is our new favorite condo and we will be back. Thanks for the tips about BJ’s restaurant on the water, amazing atmosphere and great food! Thank you Samantha for being so helpful and see you all soon again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Bob’s place was truly perfect! We had a family of six and had lots of room. The condo was sparkling clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the condo itself was cozy and welcoming. The view is beyond amazing and we loved being right on the beach! We were close to everything we needed without being in a super crowded area which was exactly what we wanted. Bob and Samantha were lovely to work with and communicated everything that we needed prior to arrival. Their responses were immediate and always friendly. We will most certainly be back! This place is a gem!
