The space
Location, Location, Location. You can park your car and never drive again until you leave. The most amazing views from this beautiful, large, top floor, corner unit in all of Ocean City! You are right on top of the world famous boardwalk. The kitchen has been totally redone with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The huge master bathroom has granite counters and a whirlpool tub with separate shower. The large master bedroom has incredible views and opens to the spacious balcony with direct ocean and boardwalk views. The 2nd full bathroom has been totally redone with granite counters. The two large bedrooms have two comfortable double beds in each room.
Guest access
We provide all linens/towels free of charge. The direct ocean-front condo is bright and airy. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated. Guests can use the whole apartment and 2 free parking spaces. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. There is cable and high-speed internet. You will love this beautiful condo.

The team was responsive and efficient around the clock. Awesome location! Kid friendly space. I have toddlers and the furniture is not pointed or glass. Easy to clean floors! The space comes equipped with everything you need for the beach (sand toys, boards, chairs, football, towels, umbrellas etc.).

A group of us stayed here for a few days for my birthday and it was great! Samantha is so sweet (she had a gift bag for me with some birthday goodies) and easy to communicate with. The penthouse itself is beautiful and spacious. And you definitely can’t beat the view from the balcony. Thank you Bob and Samantha!

Perfect! I can’t think of anything I would have liked to have been different. Super clean, conveniently located, and the fun beachy vibe you are hoping for. I felt the unit was actually larger than what the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. The communication with Bob and Samantha were friendly, accurate, and they provided super quick responses. I wouldn’t hesitate on booking again.
