1 RETURN & RELAX promotion codes must be used within 365 days of issuance. All codes are issued one business day after your 1st check-out OR one business day after a subsequent check-out that qualifies you to receive elevated status to the next tier. RETURN & RELAX Complimentary Cleaning Fee Credits, applicable to status upgrades, will be issued as one-time credits directly to the booking, in the amount of the booking’s cleaning fee, upon confirmation of the applicable booking.
2 Early Check-in/Check-out times may not be available in certain special circumstances. OC Beachfront Rentals reserves the right to withhold this benefit if emergency situations occur that do not allow for it. Please note that we will notify you promptly in the unlikely event that we are unable to extend either of these benefits for your upcoming stay.
3 Complimentary Cleaning Fees are extended to all Titanium Preferred Guests after 10+ stays in one year or 20 Cumulative Stays with OC Beachfront Rentals. To maintain this benefit, Titanium Preferred Guests must book a stay at least once per calendar year after the benefit is received. If no stay is recorded on the loyalty account within one year of receiving the benefit, this benefit will be suspended until 2 stays in one year or 5 additional cumulative stays are reached. At which time, the benefit is reinstated pursuant to the terms outlined above.
4 For Preferred Guests whose status tier qualifies them, robes for the primary and one guest will be available for use during your stay. If you would like to purchase robes to take home with you, requests may be submitted to the Guest Services Concierge. They will take care of all arrangements and charges related to fulfilling this request. Slippers are recyclable and can be taken home with you as a souvenir or left upon check-out for housekeeping to dispose of in the proper channels.
